What we collect

Account details (name, email, phone, address), billing records, service configuration data, and technical logs. For .ng domains, registrant contact data is required by NiRA registry policy.

How we use it

To provide and support your services, process payments, send transactional notifications (invoices, renewals, security alerts), meet registry obligations, and improve our services. We do not sell your data.

Sharing

Data is shared only as needed with registries (e.g. NiRA), payment processors (e.g. Paystack), and infrastructure providers, each under their own data protection obligations.

Retention & your rights

Billing and domain records are retained as required by law and registry policy. You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data at support@yahmis.com.
