Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy defines what you may not do with Yahmis NG hosting, email, VPS and domain services.

Prohibited content and activity

• Spam, unsolicited bulk email, or phishing of any kind
• Malware distribution, botnets, hacking tools or unauthorised access
• Content that is fraudulent, deceptive, or infringes others' rights
• Child sexual abuse material or other illegal content (reported to authorities)
• Crypto mining, proxy/VPN resale, or other resource-abusive workloads outside your plan limits

Enforcement

Violations may result in content takedown, service suspension or termination without refund, and — where required — reporting to law enforcement or registries. We aim to notify you and allow a cure period for first, unintentional violations where feasible.

Reports

Report abuse to support@yahmis.com with evidence; we investigate every report.
