Nameservers, DNS records and domain locks

Everything domain-related lives under Domains in your dashboard. Click any domain to manage it.

Changing nameservers

1. Open the domain from your Domains list.
2. Find the Nameservers panel and click Edit.
3. Enter the nameservers from your hosting provider (e.g. ns1.yahmis.com and ns2.yahmis.com for Yahmis hosting) and save.
4. Changes propagate worldwide within a few minutes to 24 hours.

Editing DNS records

Use the domain's DNS tab to add or edit A, AAAA, CNAME, MX and TXT records — perfect for pointing mail (MX), verifying ownership (TXT) or routing traffic (A/CNAME) without changing nameservers.

Registrar lock

The lock protects your domain from unauthorised transfers. Keep it on normally; turn it off briefly only when transferring the domain out, then re-enable it.
